Our Founder
Louise Wang (’27) currently attends Grafton High School in York County. While serving on the York County Youth Commission and attending Board of Supervisor Meetings, she learned about the issues facing York County. She recognized the importance of youth voice, and the impact that volunteering can make on a community. Information and community outreach regarding pollution in York County presented during these meetings inspired her to research potential solutions and initiatives that she could help develop. Through her research, she discovered food insecurity in surrounding areas, and now hopes to make a difference in the are through TAS, alongside like-minded teens. She hopes to become involved in climate activism.
